RGASPI archives
As a number of researchers have discovered, the online RGASPI archives in Moscow are currently inaccessible. Attempts to contact RGASPI to establish why the archives are down and when they might be up again have, so far, been unsuccessful.
There was a functioning mirror site here but unfortunately, as of July 2026, it’s no longer active.

As of, at least, yesterday (29/07/25) , the new mirroring site shows the message “Bad Gateway” and it is unnacesible.

Hi! I saw the mirror website but it seems to be only about the Komintern and I’m interested in the period previous to 1917

Strange, your first link works for me (you have to go through some security warnings). Also, their main website with a list of ????? (not quite sure how best to translate that word) is available here:

I have ordered scans before using their system, so it should be possible, but you have to find a way to pay them.
